South Broad Street Improvements, Trenton Walks!
Mercer County Administration Building, 640 South Broad Street, Trenton. gmtma.org/trail-happenings. Mercer County Executive Dan Benson shares plans to create a welcoming and connected streetscape in the South Broad Street area that brings people together, supports local businesses, and capitalizes on civic and cultural spaces. His revitalization plans also improve the pedestrian and cycling experience. Planned stops on the 2.1-mile walk include the Eagle Tavern, Clinton & Roebling Lofts, Millyard Park and Casa Cultura.

All-Ages Folk Dance, Princeton Country Dancers
Our family-friendly dance features square dances, contra dances, play party games, other traditional American dances, and sometimes folk dances from around the world. It's great fun for the whole family, from young children (ages 4 and up) to parents and grandparents and other adult friends. No partner or experience is needed. The dances will be led by our local callers; live music will be provided by the Mixed Age Dance Band. Musicians of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the MAD Band - there is a rehearsal immediately before each family dance from 2:15 - 3:00 pm. Second Sunday Poetry Readings, Princeton Makes and Ragged Sky Press
Princeton Makes, a Princeton-based artist cooperative, and Ragged Sky Press, a local publisher focused on poetry, will host a Second Sunday Poetry Reading on Sunday, February 8 at 4:00 pm. The readings will take place at the new Princeton Makes store in the Princeton Shopping Center. The new store is located between Princeton Nassau Pediatrics and Rita’s. The February reading will feature poetry by Caroline Johnson and Amy Rosi. Their readings will be followed by an open mic available to up to 10 audience members who would like to read their original poetry.

Beethoven & Grieg Featuring Michelle Cann, Princeton Symphony Orchestra
2025 GRAMMY® Award winner Michelle Cann joins the PSO as soloist in performances of Edvard Grieg’s majestic piano concerto. Jessie Montgomery’s Records from a Vanishing City is based on her recollections of the music that surrounded her as she grew up on Manhattan’s Lower East Side in the 1980s and 1990s. Ludwig van Beethoven’s second symphony, one of his lesser-known works, brims with positivity.
